Back from Cambridge
I came back from the IASYM conference yesterday. It was very good. Traveled with Astrid, Bård, Jorun, Margit and Ann-Kristin. We met so many good people. Very interesting and inspiring. Tonight I have been at Sub Church and and had the more offical step a side thing. I prayed for the leadershiap and they prayed for me. Man it was very emotional but very nice also. Looking forward to the days ahead.

Wow. This leadership shift is such a healthy thing. My deep respect for your courage to step back and letting go the things that so strongly influenced your life. I wish that you really find your unique and invaluable identity free from outward function. All the best!
